So, I was told to do 63, 63. i sucked. but in my defense how do you recover from an opening 28 sec 45 sec 300m ( i was seriously trying to slow down but was getting clipped, the girls were right on my tail).
what the best way to reach 63, 2.06 (at 800m) running as even as possible.
i believe i was 28, 33, 33, 33 i was trying to run even and not change pace too much but maybe i should have run 28, 33 (which was still by letsrun.com critics too fast) 32, 32 to hit 2:06
is letsrun suggesting i should have gone 28 (which seriously could not be helped CWT was out like a flash of lightening!) and i had to make room for pacemaker no 2.) then 35 to reach 400m in 63, then 31.5 and 31.5 ?
after thinking about it for a while i think the best way to rabbit that particular race would have been 28, 32.5, 32,5 32.5.....but i was told under no circumstances to go 60....
advice please...
