if solisky wins a legit race against africans i.e. grand prix.. i would start talking.. until then.. he is a upper middle of the pack runner. another mottram.
Stupid Mottram hater.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JN_ygXH26MwGreat video! But the audio was gibberish. Couldn't understand a word.
I don't get what this whole big Solinskey thing is. I watched the race and he wasn't even in contention to win the race in the last 300 meters. Will somebody tell me what all the fuss is about?

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
Problem as Solinsky demonstrated is the "moon walk" the americans perform over the last 110 meters , you can have all the PR's you want , fastest american crap you want , when they started roll Solinsky was moon walking....

Ha, never mind. I misread the post as 4450. I was wondering why someone would get half way through the first turn and then just say "f*** it" and walk off. Turns out I'm just a dumbass.
So you thought this was a 4500 meter race?

Thanks malmo, no i didn't know who he was, just that he always seemed legit and without the BS. You are clearly closer to the inside than I around here.

You're blind then. Solinsky was in perfect position for the win, running a close 4th place all the way up to the last 150m, running just ahead of the eventual runnerup Gebremeskel. Clearly he started to tighten up at that point.
He still has another month to dial-in that extra gear. So does Rupp. What a great position for both of them to be in.
