Anonymous Coward, I was aware of Barbara Huebner at the Boston Globe, but also aware that she's not there anymore, and I was aware of Dick Patrick, but also aware that USA Today hardly sends him anywhere anymore. These are two of the reasons I made my comments about the dailies. I also haven't seen much of Amy Shipley lately either.

Tons of new names have been mentioned that I didn't know when I first asked the question. Thanks to a lady for posting the links. Great posts thus far. Very interesting to see everybody's thoughts. Tim Layden from SI is also pretty good. He wrote a feature on Webb and Ritz a few years ago.
What about some more people who are known on the web? Dyestat doesn't have a lot of features and fastwomen.com and mensracing.com usually just have interviews. Where else are their good features on runners?
Amy Jacobsen, of WMAQ-TV in Chicago (NBC5) ran the Chicago Marathon two or three years ago. Not the fastest running journalists, but definitely the hottest.

When Robin Roberts did sports she did a feature story on me running this smallville road race so I'll have to say she is top on my list. But there was this guy who ran sub 30 maybe sub 29 that moved away with his kiwi wife of his that was good. Greg Slauter%$#@*ba or something no where like that was his name.
