Now your trying to say you were just a little bit wrong? You were WAY wrong.

Let's be at least halfway honest here, on balance, you were so wrong, your ugly ass ass couldn't be saved.
Alan Webb ran 3:53 at this meet while in high school.

Just saying what? He is a 1:43/3:46 american record holder with problems.
What exactly are you just saying?
The meet was won in 3:49, several olympic and world champs for 1500 in the race. 3 seconds slow of Webbs PR, but you were just saying...............what?
Webb has run 3:46, but never broken 3:30, just saying.
Lagat has crushed 3:30 but got crushed by wheating, just saying.
Where's Webb now? Besides the AR in 2007, what else has Webb done? Where was Webb on the final 100m at worlds in 2007? Where was Webb in Beijing?
Just saying...

Add John Gregorek and Richie Harris, both ran faster than Wheating at 3:51.34 and .39
I have to admit, I must have been sleeping through Richie Harris era, ohh actually makes sense, 2 of my kids were 1 and 2 years old, I did not watch or read much of anything in 1984

The list I posted above is not Americans who ran faster than Wheating, it is a top 10 list. I'm pretty sure there are more who have run faster than Wheating. My point in posting the top 10 list was to show how fast Wheating ran in his first world class mile.
