I loved it when ritz busted a huge one.
HAHAHA

I predict this, but Ryan Hall is a marathoner, Ritz is a 5/10k runner

i don't know about you, but if i had his wife it would sure help ME bust a huge one...
new 5k AR. coming soon
does anyone have a clue when ritz is racing again?
It is worth noting though, in high school Ryan Hall was considered a sub 4 possibility, for a while he had better speed than Ritz.

ok, maybe 13:07 was a little out of hand.
but 13:15-13:25 is realistic in my mind.
there is a youtube video saying ryan split a sub 14 on the roads during boston training last year. the guy has decent miler speed.
but not sub-4 speed, oh snap!

Doesnt he? He has run 4:00 flat or 3:42. Close enough, huh?
He's very capable of running sub 4, but in a marathon, 4:40 is fast enough
I predict he runs an uneventful 13:24.
13:18 96
When I saw the headline I thought it was a road race.
Let's not forget he's run 13:16, is sub 13 really out of the equation for Hall? I don't think so. I say he'll run at least 12:56.
13:15 but 12:52 if he starts incorporating crossfit into his routine.
I'll bite the hype. 13:09, running pretty rough near the end.
He's going to be so strong coming off marathon training. I'd say he is around 13:10.

Why hasn't he had any good recent half marathons then?
He's training for the marathon not the half....
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
