hello guys. im an 18 year college freshman looking to break 15 and 4:15 this spring. i am not currently on a team for personal reasons. my prs from last spring are 4:25 and 9:35 for the mile and two mile. last summer i averaged 55 a week with a high week of 65, doing no 2/days and taking a day off a week. my longest run was 15 miles. doing that 5 times. i usually run between 6:20 and 6:50 unless im going hard then it is around 5:45. any suggestions on mileage, pace, etc to reach these goals? thanks for the input
