There's this guy in my neighborhood, built kind of like a semi-muscular hoops player, who runs pretty much daily, but only runs one mile.
He runs it all out, supposedly. I've never run in the same direction he does, but, when I DO see him, he's clearly pushing it.
Anyone else know anyone who does this? Just a mile a day, in the red zone, but no further than that?
For a non-racer that sounds like fun.
