Haile wins by a margin of 7 seconds, and a ways off his goal of the course record. Does this mean he will run Chicago because he might not be in WR shape for Berlin? Or was he just running tactically?

If he does CHicago - he will be well beaten. I relaly don't think he has anymore gas in his legs to crank out 2:05s

Haile also said that he would use this race to decide which to run... I don't know how he would decide, but I would think better race = more likely to face Wanjiru and go for WR at Berlin. But I don't know, that's just my guess.
Wanjiru is too fat to run a WR.
If Wanjiru or any other major threat runs Berlin Haile will not. If they don't, he will.
