It's been about 30 weeks now, so slighlty less than 2 pounds per week, and the first week I lost 7 pounds. I've heard reasons for this; something about water weight being lost due to taking in more water; I'm sure someone could expand.
Just basic stuff really. Drinking lots of water every day, no eating after dinner even when hungry, eating breakfast every day, eating moderate meals with lots of fruit and veggies and not going out for fast food pretty much ever. Also, I've been more consisent with the running. I now run 6 days a week where before I had large stretches of not running or only running 1-3 days per week.
