Yeah, the arizona legislature was right to send a message to all those damn Australians taking scholarships from american runners. Just be sure that someone in Flagstaff sues the town if they don't do their job and enforce this law on him.

It would make sense to stop him. He's obviously a foreigner - listen to him speak. And he'd likely be running while wearing short shorts or tights - pretty suspicious behavior in the eyes of most people. Not to mention the haircut - pretty odd. Looks like he might be from a different country; looks like he might be from a different planet. I'd stop him if I were a cop. Good for Arizona.
