I, for one, am excited to see what Vaughn can do in this race.
He's had a nice year so far, i.e fast half-marathon, nice 3k at altitude, and a very solid 5k at Mt. SAC (where apparently he felt great cardio wise, just tired legs - probably was ready for a sub 13:20).
I'm thinking 27:35-27:45 for what is really his 10k debut (I think he won Big XII's on a hot and humid day once, just to score points for CU). I've always felt his best event would be the ten.
