They are talking running, and that's always good.
Hall is playing to the crowd, holding his hand by his ear as he runs by. If he has enough injury to do stupid **** like this he sure as hell better make sure he wins.
Was that 1:03:25 at half?
Hall cups his ear as he runs past Wesleyan
"Notice how Hall is drinking there. He takes a mouthful and digests it, and you don't lose anything in terms of speed there."
my god, is this guy really giving us a break down to the strategies of having a drink bottle?

I wish I had that much injury in a marathon!
This just in: Rawson sez runners like carbohydrates and protein in their drank.
Did you just hear announcer? "how many times can Hall step on accelerator? Meb has kept foot on more evenly." I 100% disagree. Hall has held the same pace regardless of place. Meb is the one that slammed down the acc to match the move, then let up hard, and picked back up when Hall rejoined.
Hall's pace exactly the same through that checkpoint. Smart running not to get excited by the attack.
What mile are they at? Who is left in the lead pack....hurry i only have 10 minutes before my next class.
Womens race just settled, now back to the men!
Skeletor and Troutwig suck. Troutwig tries to make everything sound dramatic like it's the last 100 meters of the Hawaii Triathalon
Hall moves out and tucks intot he back of the pack

Does training alone have something to do with his apparent need to run in the front? Is he just not comfortable running behind someone?
Erkesso is doig what Rojo said she would - win by a ton. She's hammering. Ok. that race is over and I'm not paying any more attention to it other than her amazing splits.
