This goes out to anyone that might know, I am active duty Air Force and I have ran 32:58 for 10K this year and will run sub 26:45 at my next 8K, what kind of times do they look for in the selection process? Thanks for any information

There is a process to get on the X.C. team. As you know the Armed Forces Championships are held in conjunction with the National X.C. meet. You need to fill out a AF 303 and send it into A.F. Sports. They select the team from whoever is available and running best at the time.
I am not sure if those times will get you in, but with TDY's and with some guys just not being able to get away from work you might be next in line.
There is a short course 4k and a long course 12k for the men's race. Hope this helps.
