1) They are trying to annoy you
2) They succeeded
3) Next time please don't let them succeed
Thanks

Assuming he shows, and finishes the race, both far from givens.
yes Centro is mr. consistancy.

Thats all good, but I'm wondering how that kind of injury can be prevented from happening again. Its not like he fractured the foot from some 15 ft fall out of a window or something. It sounds like it was just from doing his training. I hope he is not a second rate Bill McChesney.
wtf does that mean?
I had Centro's last 400 in 52.8.
Anyone else have a faster split for him?
I caught him at 44.7 into the wind.
Centro to battle Bolt for 400 M glory?
Man, you got to 44 too quickly.
I was trying to slowly get him under 50 and then work it to Rexing status.
54.0, 53.6, 52.8 ...
Anyone notice if Centro was wearing spikes or not?
No one is going to comment on Centro celebrating a win in 3:48? If Rupp had done that people would have broken their keyboards typing about it.

Well, I didn't get a 44, but I got about a 50.9
Centro has a deceivingly fast kick. He handled good kickers at Stanford, Pac-10's and Regionals last year before he got hurt and he did it again yesterday. The weird thing is he doesn't look like he is flying when he is.
Maag is going to have a big year. Centrowitz, Maag, and McNamara are in the 5k next weekend at Stanford.
No way that was a 50.9, his last 200 alone was a 23.8. 50.2 is more like it.
If you look at the pictures you can see he ran the race in nike SHOX. I can't believe how talented this kid is. Oh and for the record his last 400 was 50.1. I bet he will kick sub 50 in his next race when he puts on his spikes.

49.8
Remind me again why this is entertaining.

All I gather is he's hoping he's not a super talented runner who is injury prone and inconsistent. Also he said "second rate". What's the big deal?
McChesney had great promise, set an American collegiate record, ran some super fast times and made an Olympic team. Had a lot of injuries that sidetracked him and I suppose some people think this prevented him from fulfilling his potential.
