I've heard that he has 'revolutionary' ways to view training for the mile. Also heard he's an arrogant prick. But I am focusing on the mile in indoors this year, and need a philosophy/plan for my training. In the past my pr is 4:30. Anyone know of links/knowlege of Raczko's (or any other successful program) for the mile training?
Thanks
