You are all missing the point here really, because you are too busy arguing. Sex offenders can not be rehabilitated. how many innocent young girls have to be killed before all the bleeding heart liberals figure this out. If they have done time, then the second time around they figure if they don't kill the girl they will go back to prison. The lovely mugshot of this ass was taken only 20 minutes after he got caught attacking the 13 year old. If she had not escaped she would be dead too because he beat her in the head and was trying to suffocate her. The smirk on his face makes me want to puke.

They should be taken out of society for good. Even if you chop their "weenies" off, they will still have the urge and will use something else.

I repeat, they can not be rehabilitated!

PS The death penalty costs significantly more than life in prison.

He needs a quick shot to the back of the head. Throw the body in a hole in the ground. One hundred percent cured offender. He can even skip paying the fine.

Right, we should just have compassion toward these misguided individuals who rape and kill underage girls. They're just crying out for help, after all.

The death penalty the way its done costs more than life in prison but that is bc it has to be humanly done. The fact that the person is at that point should allow morals or whatever you want to call it to be thrown out the window. im not agreeing at all in the idea of torture or of suffering in death but the old way of a firing squad or of something like a beheading is a quick and virtually painless way of dying. and if there is some pain in it so be it. they are probably not suffering like their victims did.

rehabilitation works sometimes and it should be used when its proven most effective, however, in a case like this i do not see it being effective nor would i want to experiment with its effectiveness. stop the problem from reoccurring. if someone like this guy doesnt have a strong enough grasp on life by then to not do this i dont feel wasting time on rehab is going to fix him. so get him off this planet and if there is hell then may he rot in it. and if there isnt a hell then may we enjoy or time on earth free of people like him.

If the person's guilt is certain, his execution should be carried out swiftly and in public. It would cost about two dollars for a rope to hang the bastard with.

One thing prison population does not tolerate is a crime involving children. They have their own code.

Remember, many of the inmates are victims of some type of abuse from their childhood.

It costs taxpayers more money to kill criminals than it does to let them rot in jail.
