Some of my favorites that I want to second:

WTF? You can't get nearly enough air like this.

It's the epitome of lazy man's running, and I can't stand it.

I only got this for the first few weeks of running. As someone said, it's just a feeling the horribly out of shape get when they run hard.

My favorite/least favorite. A star football player in my class said of me to his friend (knowing I was right there, "He can't run faster than me, he just runs farther." Later I found out he runs an 8 minute mile. I'm at 4:30.

I can match achievements of 30 years ago,I can still ~

Run 14 minute miles.

Keeping my lower half straight,touch my knees-(for the avoidance of any doubt-this is with my finger tips,not my stomach).

Running slowly burns more fat than running quickly.

That running Jim Ryun's workouts under Timmie would yield fantastic results for everyone else too.

I have been doing this my entire life. I was taught to breath like this back when I played soccer, so when I transitioned to running years ago, I kept the habit. I always questioned it, but never made an attempt to test mouth breathing. Something new to try out tomorrow.

You need to run more than 100 miles/week to be good

All the distance world records are clean
