Does anybody know what he's been doing lately? He's obviously not running indoor or cross so how is his training? There's been basically no information about there about him or Webb.

He and Webb got in a huge fight (in January) and they are both out until May!
Tegenkamp and Webb has a Unified World Tag Team Wrestling match at Wrestlemania against the Big Show and The Miz.
After that they'll concentrate on track.
didn't you see his thread last week. He doesn't owe you anything. He's a pro.
He is out there running a fast 10k!
Teg does not run the 10k!
bump. Any word on Tegenkamp? Is he healthy and training well?
Ya, is Matt Tegenkamp update?
training for Comrades.
Does anyone else know or care about what Teg is doing? If he's still hurt, what's his injury? What happened to him after Pre when re ran like 13:20's? With Solinsky, Webb, Ritz, and Rupp running well I feel like people are forgetting about Teg. There's been no coverage of him for a year.
That's because he hasn't deserved any. He only ran four races in 2010 and none of them were noteworthy. There's nothing to discuss. Hopefully we'll see him in 2011.
Teg is over at flotrack watching Solinsky's 10k AR over and over again and he comes up with the same conclusion everytime: "The letsrunners would've killed themselves to see me in that race"
I think whether America's #2 5000 meter man (ranked behind Lagat but still ahead of Solinsky) will be able to return to form in time for 2011 and 2012 is worth discussion. He was supposed to race in Europe after Pre but I think he got injured again. It's kind of ridiculous that nobody knows anything about Teg right now. We know Webb and Rupp are on track to have a great year. We know Ritz was hurt, came back, and ran mediocre at New York. We know Hall is now in Flagstaff and Palo Alto training alone without a coach. We know Solnsky is training well and making appearances at events around the country. Where's the Teg news? Where are all the Teg fans? He was 4th in the world '07, 12th or so in '08, 8th in '09, hurt in 2010 track season, ??? now.
It's true, there aren't many current elite American runners harder to find updates on than Teg. The best place to look is the Twitter updates of Solinsky, Bairu, Bumbalough, etc.
Bairu mentions doing a short run with Teg on Dec. 2 and a "tough long run" with Teg and Nelson on Nov. 27. I know that's not much, but it shows he's probably healthy.
I'm not worried about him. He took 2010 off... so what? It's not a championship year. Yes he missed out on some fast times and good races but I am betting that he will be in the WC final 5k and he will be in the mix on that last lap yet again.

He's up to date, privacy is the new thing.
