dont know what hes thinking but i kinda got the impression that he doesnt have a whole lot of confidence that certification will help him learn anything about the sport.
The Level 3 is usually offered at the same time and location of the Level 2. Level I is a basic reminder but Level II jumps is unreal with Boo.

UK Athletics Level 2
Most of the best coaches I have been trained by or met had no qualifications, but you need it for insurance to coach at the tracks nowadays

The keynote Sprint instructor was coaching a kid that tested positive a couple of years later. I have always wondered if I was getting good informantion from him.
