I'm planning on going to China for a full year (June 2010 to June 2011). I have a good city picked out where I can actually run without dying from inhaling particulates. I would like some opinions on what you think the best training for that year would be. I maxed out around 80 miles this year during cross country, and my PRs from last track season (at around 60 mpw) are 4:10 in the 1500 and 9:09 in the 3000. How would you train?
