Why do people think that because someone is running 120 mile weeks when they are 22 that they won't get any better when they are 25?
Correct me if I'm wrong (and correct don't just say "you're wrong) but isn't this type of mileage over a long period of time the correct way to train? I mean you're only adding to your aerobic base throughout these years.
I'm not saying everyone should do high mileage, some can get the same affect from 60mpw, right?
