I have noticed that I routinely crap the bed in my quality runs and races 45 minutes or so into the run/race. I can usually overcome this and get back on pace but it is hard to make up the time that I lost at that point.
I am trying to figure out what is going on and what I need to do to get better. Could this be a fueling issue? Lack of endurance? Any ideas? Any specific workouts to rectify?
