Soon, I'd say you've gotten plenty of responses already.
4:09, that tempo is pretty quick and that workout is tough.
I'll give it a try. Your 5 mile tempo suggests your aerobically fit. 12x400 at 65 off 1 min, suggests it was more of a 3k type paced effort perhaps. Im going with 4:08-4:10. Damnit, will you just tell us =)
Definitely faster than 4.20. with 53 second speed as a freshman in high school, but not too much race-specific work on the other hand. Ohh, maybe...
4.14
the pace for your runs are pretty fast, and tempo def shows you are fit, but if 12X65 hurts a bit I really find it hard to believe your in faster than 4:15 shape. My guess is 4:19
the fast tempo is impressive. but you need more speed work. If you do that i'd say under 4:10, but for now 4:17
DNF

We have a winner! I ran about 4:09 flat for the "full mile."
I wonder why everyone here thinks that I need speed work? The pace is only ~62/400m, that's not exactly sprinting.

Whoops, I revealed my alternate handle. Time to disappear into anonymity. Thanks for playing.
