So, I haven't been running for the past 6 or so months. I ran on occasion, maybe like 10 times total. Anyway, I'm supposed to be running this marathon with my Dad on March 20, and he is planning on trying to break 3 hours, and I want to try to help pace him to it... do you think I can get there in 7 weeks, maybe running 5 days a week? I also want to win a couple bets with my hallmates :) I have a good history of running from high school, my fastest race was a 9:42 3200 (of like an avg 50 mpw)
I'll even try to post my training if you guys want to follow, but if not, no worries haha
