I've been searching about it in past threads, but didn't find anything specific enough:
I benefited a lot in the past of doing hills repeats at the begining of the season, but Hadd didn't mentioned it in phase I (neither in phase II). I noticed than even Lydiard prescribed them. Should I forget about them?
Besides that, I (belive I)understand where should I aim during phase IIa, and -more doubtfoul in this case- phase IIb. But, how long should each of them take before the peak race (say a marathon)? Can anybody be more specific about phase IIb?
