Sun: am - 18 steady (hilly (1550ft+ climb), largely off-road, group run; started easy (~7:30) and worked into it, second half splits 6:06-7 pace; 6:50m/m avg)

Definitely, the best week of training since August. Really felt good to be getting a few miles in and adding the quality back in too. Looking to add one more mile rep to the Tues session and work the tempo/threshold run on Friday up to 3 x 3k + 1 x 1k over the coming weeks. Planning to try and peak for Wilmslow 1/2M in March. Intending to do Dewsbury 10k, Trafford 10k and Lincoln 10k over the coming weeks to sharpen up for the half.
