Not 100% sure, but wasn't Mark Finucane from another country?

I checked myself and stand corrected. I remembered running against Mark Finucane from East Tennessee at the same time Ray Flynn was there and assumed Mark to be a foreigner with such an "Irish" name.
My bad,

Josh Rohatinsky ran 2:14:23 in New York 2009, which is faster than his debut.
FYI Malmo to update your debut list,
Fastest debut marathon on Sept. 9, 1979. Four days after his 20th birthday. Was a collegiate record at the time. He ran for the University of New Mexico.

It's been very interesting to read all the stats on debut marathon times. I'd like to add my name to the list - I ran 2:12:47 in my first marathon in January 1983 - also at Houston. I finished 3rd behind Hailu Ebba of Ethiopia and Benji Durden. Different course back then, but Houston has always been a great place to run a fast time, providing the weather cooperates. Congratulations to Brett.

Malmo,
John Tuttle ran debut of 2:14:?? at the Florida Festival; then 2:12:?? in Grandma's & 2:10:51 NY-city 1983
He deserves to be on the list can't find the exact time; he ran it in the Florida Festival Marathon in 1982-83, any help?
What are the updates to this list?
