But that is exactly the story of the United States, isn't it? A place where if you work hard anybody can make it, but in reality if you've got money you get the inside track. Why should Boston do anything different?
I suspect the people bashing Boston for bringing in extra tourist dollars rather than keeping it small and 'elite' are the same ones who say it has a weaker field than the other majors every year.
