I like to run once a day. I don't mind running twice a day at all but I enjoy just running once and getting it out of the way.
I know that this question has been on here before but I am currently at 80 miles and will be doing 90 this week. I usually do 90 miles a week by running once. Once I get into the 100+ mile weeks I start running twice.
Is running once a day doing longer runs better or is it wiser to break it up into running twice a day here and there.
