I asked the questions about speed that got lost somewhere on the board. I would like to ask you some more Q's if you could send me your e-mail.

Hey dude,
Looks like you didn't manage to post an email address for me to reply to. No matter. While I appreciate your confidence that I could help you more, I do not really wish to get into one-on-one coaching by email.
Also, I am not really sure what more I could contribute at this point without actually seeing you. For example: I could not confirm whether or not you are doing drills properly.
Some good advice on improving speed was proferred in your earlier thread: malmo's hills, the value of sprint training from ET... I believe I mostly advised that you should train for greater endurance rather than speed. A finishing kick is only useful if you are in the right position to be able to use it, and have sufficent strength left to do so. To me, that means get the endurance up first (it takes longer to work on).
Note that I had also offered the same advice in a recent thread by Bert on 5.00m/m for 5k. (a quick search should find this).
Feel free to post your new questions here, and if I feel I can contribute, I will. You will also stand a pretty good chance of get valuable advice from others.
Sorry about the e-mail thing. It's there now.
Not looking for online coaching, just a couple of Q's if you have time.
