HI I HAVE BEEN READING THIS GREAT PAGE WITH INTEREST FOR SEVERAL WEEKS NOW AND I WANT TO GET SOME TRAINING ADVICE FROM THE GROUP. I WANT TO DO A MARATHON!!! MY GOAL IS 2:45 BECAUSE I WILL BE 45 IN ONE YEAR AND WANT TO RUN IT BY THEN. I LIKE THE YASSO 800s!! RIGHT NOW THEY ARE TAKING ME ABOUT 6 MINUTES APIECE. I HAVE MY LONG RUNS UP TO 3 MILES NOW. SHOULD I KEEP DOING YASSOS. CAN I MAKE MY GOAL???? I HOPE YOU WILL SAY YES!!! WHAT MARATHON SHOULD I DO???
