The key will be to keep little Webber far far away from Vaggie Messey and Jenny B. He must avoid all contact with other head case sufferers.

Every one keeps talking about how thin he's gotten. Pics? This thread is doing nothing for me with out pics..................
I really hope he can get back training again first of all. Hes been injured the past 3-4 months with lower leg/achilles problems. He is able to run, but only about 20-30 min a day, and is doing a lot of cross training.
I had the chance to hangout with him and Dathan in the altitude house this weekend. They were real down to earth. Alan is really frustrated with the fact hes not able to train fully yet.
Oh and he didnt seem to thin to me when I watched him on the eliptical the other day. He appeared physically fit, hes just not in areobic shape right now.
I wish him the best of luck in his recovery.
3-4 months?? With all the Nike resources they can't get him healthy? Wtf is wrong with them?

There just trying to much different stuff on him and its not getting cured. He told me they are finally starting to get the right treatment.
His goal for this season is just to start the season healthy.

Solinsky sub 13:05 (sorry, I don't see him breaking 13)
How can you see Rupp breaking 13 but not Solinsky? Rupp is more of a distance guy, Solinsky is 5k and down. Solinsky would dominate Rupp in a mile and has great strength too. Rupp needs to go under 13:10 first. I kind of doubt either one will do it.
that video was super akward and not funny.
where is this video?

Sorry, but you do not appear to be Mr. Obvious. Unless you can prove otherwise you have no right to request pics.

Fast is the past, hes now slow and old
Sorry but, "old"? I don't think so. He came up with Ritz, Hall, Teg. He should be in his prime right about now. And judging by the video from NXN he's looking like a runner again instead of a hulk.
Go Alan!
I agree, from the video, Webb is looking lean and healthy. I think that was half his problem. He's been training with Salazar since when, July? I'm sure he's on a very well thought out, disciplined diet. Once he's over his injuries, he's got plenty of time to come back. Look at Lagat, winning world championships and competing neck-and-neck with Bekele in his mid-30s.
if I saw Webb and his wig on the street, I would kick his ass where he stands. he ain't nothin but a little bitch.
END OF THREAD.
dude. you are CORRECT. WEBB AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A LITTLE BITCH.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
