I think Ribery and Lloris will lead France to the final and they will win it.
I would like to see England win.

now here's the real question: which one of these dramatic pussies will take the biggest fake dive this time?
Henry! After handling the ball of course!
I agree that Group G looks like the hardest group. No real pushovers. It's also gonna be fun watching Brazil play Portugal.
But Group E looks like the 2nd toughest group to me. netherlands, denmark, japan, camaroon. When you add up the ratings it's pretty tough.
Given that I am rooting for Denmark, I was hoping Denmark would get a easier draw. The netherlands should advance but I think camaroon has a real good shot at advancing instead of DK. Japan is also not so bad and could surprise at least one team.
Elsewhere, The Italians have it the easiest, of course.
France wouldn't even be in the WC if it weren't for a little help from the "invisible hand"
The US has a pretty good chance of advancing.

The hardest group is D:
Germany - enough said.
Australia - Won Asia pretty handily. Not a great region but def respectable considering how quickly they qualified.
Ghana - best team in Africa playing on their own continent. Great team.
Serbia - Won their Euro group.
Group G is overrated. Portugal is playing mediocre so that really just leaves Brazil and the Ivory Coast. Portugal is just a big name without the firepower to back it up. And North Korea is SOL.
Weakest group is B, and Italy didnt get it the easist, Spain did. Italy shouldnt have trouble either though.
Landon - good luck to you and the US lads next summer.

I am glad Australia got a tough round, will keep them on their toes.I also look forward to them advancing with Germany and then helping to knock England out of the tournament.

Ghana will come out and so will nigera and cameroon.
Algeria may make it as well.
don't underestimate african home field advantage.

Home field advantage for the Africans?
Just because its on the same continent doesn't mean there is any advantage.
Most of the qualified nations fans would probably be more comfortable traveling to Europe to play rather than South Africa.
It is much farther away and the infrastructure is much less reliable along the way.
Aside from the real home fans, the South Africans, don't expect a major increase in "home" support for the other African nations.
A good draw for England is just delaying the inevitable

When you try to burn someone about grammar, you should try to do it right yourself. Your sentence actually made less sense to me than his/hers did.
The US and England must be very happy with their draw.

I guess you know for a fact that Ireland would have won the penalty kicks.
Just let it go!!!
Ireland probably would have won the penalty shoot out as Shay Given is one of the best penalty stoppers in the world as evidenced by his save today against Frank Lampard

Well I guess that's just as good as knowing for a fact....
