While I realize that some fo you are too fast to push a stroller, there must be at least a few who use one. In your humble opinion, what is the best double jogging stroller out there? Why?

Got a lil tip fer ya..steal a grocery cart..!!..jus go to store and run like hell!!!!!..I put my kids in dem things and saved money
Here's a challenge, the unofficial baby-jogger 5K World Record is 14:56, and that's with a 4 1/2 year old :-)
Baby Jogger brand with big wheels.
ditto on the baby jogger brand and the big wheels. I ran with it in Idyllwild, CA, which sits at 5400 feet without a flat step to be had. That baby jogger was like a machine... Another bit of unsolicited advice--my daughter's favorite toy in the stroller was a pinwheel--laods of fun, got lots of cheers at races, and kept me occupied during the long ascents.
I bought a babytrend stroller, it is about $150 less. it works fine. hardly notice it when on flat surface
I am looking for one as well. What are some good brands?
The world record of 14:56 is pretty impressive. Although I heard that Dieter Bauman once ran a 10k somewhere around low 33's. I have a Gerry. It glides perfect if you keep the tires aired up and WD40 the wheels every now and then. My fastest is 16:55 certified 5K flat course with my 2.5 year old/30 lbs. I use to own a double jogger but it is too hard to run with. Last thing is I don't like the brands with the handbrakes too hard to use typically jolts the kids

I think it was Running Times that did a review at the start of this season. They gave high marks to how one went together/came apart. Apparently it was far superior to anything else, especially for getting into the car. I don't know if they make a double, but it seemed like it was superb.
I have used a Kool-Stride for 5 years now, and find doing a fill disassembly (for car trunk) to be a real pain. You might want to check into one with smaller (12" wheels) vs the 16" on mine.

Forget the stroller, make the kids run like they do in Kenya!
Have BabyJogger with 20" alloy wheels. Very swell but not completely cheap. Search EBay for joggers whose kids have outgrown them and save a bundle. Also, there's a woman who sells factory seconds (where I got mine) when the colors aren't 100% correct (our blue was a little too light).
Are you sure you want a double stroller? They cost a fortune and aren't very light.

is a page with some factory-second and used BabyJoggers.
My wife and I have used the RoadRunner sports jogger for 2 years now pushing our son and it works great. When looking for a jogger make sure you check the push handle height and the width. We borrowed a friends jogger once and the handle was too high and very narrow. It made for tough handling of the corners and harder to push uphill. Also make sure there are pockets to put your stuff in and an available rain tarp. The one problem I have with ours is that the pocket in the back is too low and hard to get things out of without coming to a complete stop. Try to take one for a test jog in the store if possible.
The best. 55 min with Chica last night no worries. 90 minutes on road or trails and it does great. Loops of the XC course every week. Actually has a suspension system and folds down extremely quickly and easily.
Everyone who has seen ours buys one. I know the Culpeppers have one as well.

And watch for garage sales, etc. You might want to try to chase down local Mothers of Multiples (MOM's) group to try to find somone outgrowing one.
