OK. Found it. My RHR was 42 on the day I tested my max and found it was 192 (I did it in a lab at the University I was attending. They were doing a study so I got the info for free). So 60% HRR would be 132. Looking at my logs from that period most of the time the averages on my 90 minute runs were 128, 129 with highs of 137 138. I wrote in my log that I had a goal of keeping my HR between 119-131 90% of the run. Most of the time I was successful. And the answer is 'yes. I am definitely a little anal'
