Well you have good speed with that sub 2 and that's where the longer recoveries can make predictions difficult. Would go for somewhere around 16:30
Maybe a bit slower right now as you have just started your interval type training. You have the potential to go faster though
If you can get, in a race in a couple of weeks. Don't waste good times. Then you will now where you are up to. Then you can use your time as a target for improvement during the year.
