i currently run about 42 miles a week, every week. i want to increase my volume this fall to something like 60 miles. i was planning to do it something like this

or pretty much every run about 6 miles with three doubles. will the days with two runs feel like a day where i ran 12 miles in a single run or will it feel differently?
i just got done with something like 6 weeks of intervals so i was going to the 60 miles a week for about 4 weeks before reintroducing intervals.
