I am a fan, but have to agree that it was not as good as the first one. Specifically lacking was any footage of his olympic steeple chase, and if he couldn't get the footage at least describe what he did and how it turned out. Missing also was his diet change, like did he cut out the ice cream, give us a sample diet, something we can sink our teeth into.Why aren't you running like hell anymore and why reckless?
I know that the first movie, Run Like Hell, was produced and edited by Famiglietti's college team mate, Doug Ellington. The 2nd movie, Run Reckless, was actually edited and produced by Famiglietti himself.
It takes a lot of courage to put something like both of these films out there. Especially with the highly critical running community.
I wish that more professionals would have the backbone to do something like this.
