Those are all workouts for insecure runners. It is better to do 6-12 MP miles during the week and 6-10 at the end of a 20 miler on the weekend than to try to do those monster workouts. The reason is that it takes too long to recover from those monster workouts.

Better to do mixture of easy and steady runs (doubles) during the week, plus a tempo,fatlek.hill session built in.
Sunday is the best day for long runs of 18-20 miles as you can rest and recover the body and mind in order to prepare for the next weeks workouts!
I really just have two. Ten mile tempo at somewhere between half marathon and marathon pace, and 15 mile steady state at MP. Do two of each every three weeks for three months and 4-5 20 milers at any pace, and you'll be fine.
