Im sitting here trying to define the gaps in my driving and what I should practice! I would like some help on what questions I should ask myself? What I know I should practice my bålstyrka because I think I have a bad running technique I'm a bit of a "sitting runners" if you know what I mean. I think I have a high LT but some lower vo2 Max. I run about 6-7 km in veckan.Jag is fairly smooth on my range of passports and beats very rarely together without success usually stay together very well may have a little problem with charging me maximum how can you train it?. My personal record is:
800m: 2.15.6
1000: 3.07
3000m: 10.09
5000m: 17:49
10 km: 37:17
1 / 2 Marathon: 01:22:56
