In June I was just doing some easy low mileage, 40-60 mpw, in preparation for a summer of the biggest mileage I've done so far. My only problem though is that I have been averaging 90 mpw for only a little over 4 weeks now, and I was wondering if I should cut back already and start prepping for season (we have tryouts at the end of August, and I'm on the chopping block). The alternative obviously would be to keep averaging 90-100 mpw until the beginning of September and maximize my aerobic fitness before buckling down on the anaerobic stuff to prep for races.
