Anyone out there who can shed some light on the Sydney Maree section of this book. Now I am not an expert, but the training that he claims to have done seems impossible to me. Says he ran 10 miles every morning while at Villanova at 4:30-4:50 pace, and was still fresh enough to do 3-4 track workouts as well. Also, it says that he still (he would have been 45 when this book came out) runs 13 miles a day at 5 min mile pace before he goes to work. Is this guy a liar or was he really that good?
