do you really think that it's true that a great running coach must first be a runner? i can't say for sure but i'll wager gags never ran a step in a cross country race. he's an extremely successful and accomplished coach nonetheless. i also know highly accomplished runners whom i would never trust my running with (or anyoine else's).
