Wow... 2nd at NCAA XC is my pick.
I suspect it was rabbited.
By herself isn't entirely accurate.
Great run Susan! Wishing you the very best
Yet another brit under 4.10 too.
4:05.9 rabbited TT.
From the looks of it she may not be going much faster this summer after the long NCAA season.
Doubtful she even makes the final.
And hereby also an interview with Susan after the race.
Last 600m all by herself. Wondering where you logic comes from. When she gets into a loaded field where she gets dragged along she will likely run another 2-4 sec faster since she won't be time trialing. Not sure anyone suggeted she would make the final, but regardless, therer won't be many NCAA distance girls even getting to the World Champs so this is a huge accomplishment in itself and a another great springboard for her future career. Nice job dutchie!

last 500 by herself...the pacing in that race was specifically for her. And she still struggled a little at the end

right.. she really struggled on that 64.
It's a race you dumbass, of course you are going to be struggling at the end. She was 3:01 at the bell, making her last lap 4:00 pace.
Can you count? Obviously not.
Last 500 by herself.
She's good, but she's not good enough. There are tons of women that will run under 4:05 this month.

Its a time trial, not a race there is a difference. She will not be pulled 2-4 seconds faster, her last 400 was an all out effort, I don't expect her to go faster, and if she does it won't be by much.
Also 2nd WAS a brit, but she has been in NZ for awhile now and just gained NZ residency today, guess NZ finally realised she was worth granting it as it was a personal decision by her and NZ had been messing around for ages. Well done Nikki, a very bright prospect with a recent 2.02 to her name also.
You obviously haven\'t run in a rabbited race. Otherwise, your dumbass would understand the difference between running the last 500m on your own, and being dragged to time when the winners are running 4:00 pace.
