Yes, you can 'speculate', but that's about it. We won't know what Rupp is really capable of until he makes one of his rare time trial record attempts. Not that that's a bad thing...

People can say whatever they want, but I'm really excited to see how Rupp is going to do at WCs. He has shown a pretty impressive amount of improvement over the last year.

Supplements from cold and sinister and scary Canada??!? Oh, no! Not Canada!! Supplements, like.... MAPLE SYROP?? Or...BACK BACON??
Dude, go visit Canada some time. It's just like where you come from, I'd guess. Only not as stupid, cuz you don't live there.

Is TEAM Salazar playing by the rules. Anyone have information on the suppliments he has his athletes take that come from Canada?
Yes, and they are all legal.
And they come from California. Better prices.
Since they are American made supplements.
Mostly enzymes to break down food for better nutrition.

Trust me there are some things that need to be investigated regarding Salazar and his runners. It's a known fact from his contemporaries that he would do anything to win or have an advantage over his competition. Remember when he lost the big matchup with Deek at Fukuoka in '83 and then Rotterdam '83, he claimed iron deficiency. Anyone seen him lately, something is seriously wrong with his body. What did this too him? Defenders will say the heatstrokes, I say otherwise.

Rotterdam '83 was "the big matchup." Fukuoka '83 was later, and I don't think that Deek was in that race.
He'll never do that against the Kenyans and Ethiopians. Never. They have shown they can close a 10k in under 13 for last 5k. And Galen will never go with their wicked surges, because he and AlSal know he will break. Look at last years Olympic final. Galen ran steady. Never went with the surges. He was hoping to pick off those runners that were brave enough to go with the surges and came back. When he can close a 27:00 type 10k with how he closed the NCAA 5k then maybe he can compete again the super studs of the running world.
Rupp is tough. Anyone who doubts him is an idiot.
There is no doubt. Just facts. Only those who know the truth and can't stand the facts revert to name calling.
Yeah they showed him fixing his shoe on CBS today. I didn't notice it in the live stream. He was practically having a conversation with his coach his coach told him to stop and fix it and he literally stopped for atleast 2 seconds and adjusted his shoe. He is so much better than anyone in the NCAA. And to close in 4 min celebrating the last 30 meters. Its just nuts. He is on another level.

I think we established he's he's a great prospect and 'on another level' cf the NCAA's. Frankly that's irrelevant. Only the world stage matters now, and he has several levels to go before I get excited about his medal prospects.
