Anyone got splits? Did they go out slow? Considering the heat, the times are good for the top nine. Porter should be happy as his 3200 best was 9:14. Springer must be disappointed, as he should have been giving Dunbar a battle.
So 4:23 second mile for Dunbar. Not bad.
