1. I want to break 15:00 this spring for sure, but you know, the sky's the limit
2. Right now I'm at 80 miles a week, just recently started building up. I did 8 miles at 6:00 the other day, felt pretty relaxed.
3. I tore my hip flexor in October, hadn't really run since then until about 8 weeks ago. Certainly no races. So no idea what I could run now, but I imagine I could break 17.
4. April, May of next year. I also hope to perform respectably during cross, sub-27:00 at least.
5. 8:43 in the 3k, 15:23 in the 5k. Those were winter/spring of 2 years ago, and the 5k was early in the season after a 100 mile week. (Got mono, or that 15:00 would doubtless have been mine already.)
A little bit farther down the line: I'll admit I'm nursing dreams that 14:3x could be possible in two or three years time (I'm 21 now). I also eventually want to run a respectable marathon. But there's time and time and time...
