1) 24:50 8k XC, 4:09/8:20/14:28 indoors, 3:49/14:22 outdoors
2) Currently in summer training right now. Ran 15:03 5k after getting mono and missing a very important part of training during indoors. Had about 2 months under me for that 5k. Have been running about 90mpw so far with some 4.5 mile tempo runs at 5:20 pace pretty comfortably - haven't gotten to a structured training plan yet this summer. Just running a little faster every once and a while to get the legs turning over.
3) 5 runs over 12 miles so far this summer, some comfortable 4.5 mile 'tempo' runs at 5:20 pace.
4) End of cross-country, end of indoor, end of outdoor
