Im trying to decide what I should do next year for track. Im a junior who runs 53.4 400, 203 800 and 417 1500. My coach wants me to train for the decathlon for college. I am thinking about doing this because I doubt I can get recruited for those times. Im 6'2 180 lbs, and I'm pretty sure I could throw somewhat far and sprint a decent 100. Should I change my training for the decathlon or should I continue to run mediocre times?
