going from about 500 feet to 7500 feet for the Estes Park half marathon. I will have been living in Estes for a month. I've run a 1:13:30 but will probably be set back to about 20-30 and going from there once i get there. the last time i ran over 7000 feet i made it 3 miles and puked.
considering all of this what kinda training can i expect to be able to do at altitude? and will it be enough to run a reasonable time? say under 1:18
